Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: * The product was purchased in the last 30 days * The product is in its original packaging * The product is in its original condition with safety seals attached and hasn’t been used or damaged Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To verify the item is returnable, send us an email including your full name and Order Number to get specific return instructions. After receiving and inspecting a returned product, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed to refund the purchase amount minus any original shipping and handling charges and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10-15 business days. For your convenience, you will be emailed confirmation of all refunds issued.

What is your exchange policy?

We must be notified within 2 days of delivery if any products are missing from your order or arrive damaged or broken. You must send an email that includes your full name, Order Number and a photo of each damaged product to info@caninol.com. We will email you within 3 business days and send a replacement product within 5 days of approval.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Caninol.

Damaged or missing items

If an item is missing or damaged, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items, free gifts, and promotional items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
